125 Gram Butter 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence 3/4 Cup Sugar, Caster 2 Unit Egg 1/2 Cup Milk 1 1/2 Cup Flour, Self-Raising
1. Melt butter 2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and beat at low speed until fully combined 3. Then beat at medium speed until mix is smoother and has changed colour 4. Pour into cupcake molds and bake at 180 degrees C for approx 20 mins 5. Cool on a wire rack

1. Cream butter and vanilla essence for 2 mins 2. Adding icing sugar and milk and mix for a further 2 mins, until lightly fluffy 3. Optionally add food colouring until desired colour is reached
