Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Clove Garlic
1 Unit Onion, Brown
1 Unit Diced Capsicum, Green
500 Gram Extra Lean Mince, Beef
1 Tablespoon Mustard, Yellow
1 1/2 Tablespoon Sugar, Brown
1/2 Cup Ketchup
400 Gram Crushed Tomato, Whole
2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Tomato, Paste
1 Unit Cube Stock, Beef
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper, Black
6 Unit Bread, Rolls
6 Unit Sliced Cheese, Tasty

Directions
1. Melt butter in a large pot over high heat.

2. Add garlic and onion, cook for 2 minutes until onion is almost translucent.

3. Add capsicum and cook for 2 minutes until softened.

4. Add beef and cook, breaking it up as you go, until it changes from red to brown.

5. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well, then turn heat down to medium low (or low for strong stoves).

6. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice to make sure it doesn’t catch on the base. (If in rush, cook 15 minutes without lid)

7. Remove lid and give it a good stir for a minute. Mixture should be thick, not runny and saucy (see video). Adjust salt to taste.

8. Toast rolls. Butter if desired (I don’t).

9. Pile on lots of filling, immediately top with cheese (heat should semi melt, otherwise pop under broiler/grill). Top with lid and serve immediately!
