5 Cup Water, Filtered 6 Cup Sugar, Palm 30 Gram Citric Acid 3 Teaspoon Lemon Essence
1. Put the sugar and water into a saucepan and stir on low heat until all the sugar has dissolved. 2. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 5 mins 3. Put into a bowl and stir in the citric acid until dissolved 4. Put aside until fully cool and put into sterilised bottles
