N.B. Tartaric Acid can be used in place of Citric Acid 1. Put the passionfruit pulp in a bowl and stir in the acid 2. Put sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Simmer for 3 mins 3. Pour the sugar/water mix over the passionfruit pulp and set aside to fully cool 4. Add 1 tablespoon of the pulp and put into sterilised bottles. Serve with iced water to drink, or as a topping for ice cream
