5 Cup Water, Filtered 6 Cup Sugar, White 30 Gram Citric Acid 3 Tablespoon Lemon Essence
1. Put sugar and water in large and stir over low heat untill all the sugar is disolved 2. Bring to boil over moderate heat 3. Simmer for 5 mins 4. Dissolve in citric acid 4. Put aside until cold and stir in lemon essence 4. Store in sterile bottles To use add 1 tablespoon to glass of chilled water
