6 Unit hard boiled Egg 1/2 Teaspoon Curry Powder 2 Tablespoon Mayonnaise 1 Pinch Paprika 1 Pinch Parsley
1. Peel the eggs and cut in half lengthwise. 2. Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Add curry powder and mayonnaise then combine until smooth. 3. Refill each egg half with the yolk mixture then arrange on a serving platter. 4. Keep in the fridge until needed, sprinkle with paprika and parsley to serve.
